EGS Brings in the New Year 1940’s Style

Last week, the European Geophysical Services Christmas party went ahead in the form of a 1940’s Murder Mystery Dinner. The privately organised event called Dying to Tell You took place at the Vicarage in Knutsford Cheshire on the 29th January, with a nearly full staff turnout. The team enjoyed a three-course meal and an evening of entertainment, provided by the event company It’s Murder.

James Whitford said “After last year’s Christmas party being cancelled, we wanted to do something extra special to thank the staff for their hard work over last year and this event was the perfect antidote. Everyone got into the spirit of the evening with 1940’s or black-tie attire and enjoyed playing detective to find the culprit! Covid has created it’s challenges, but I’m proud of the resilience, resourcefulness and team spirit of our staff to continue to get client work done under sometimes challenging circumstances.”

Special thanks go to the European Geophysical Services team, the Vicarage hotel in Knutsford and the event company It’s Murder for making the evening possible
