Water Sampler Tool
This tool is used to collect a fluid sample from specific depths within a borehole. The tool consists of a sample tube, of up to 2 litres, and a valve controlled from surface.
The valve is opened at the specified depth to allow the fluid to fill the sample tube and then closed to seal the sample during the trip back to the surface.
Fluid sample points may be optimised by using data from fluid temperature, electrical conductivity and fluid velocity logs.
